FITNESS AS A LIFESTYLE

He is driven, inspired, and motivated, yet habit is what keeps him going

Having started his journey 12 years ago, Sushant Pradhan is an embodiment of discipline and finding your own greatness. In a field that depends so much on helping others, trust, knowledge, and commitment are dispensable, he has been spreading his values and knowledge through socials, and become a go to person for fitness enthusiasts. While his career has built upon insecurities he felt as a young frail-skinny looking kid, his disciplinary mastery of the game is the result of continuous hard work and dedication.

Nothing comes easy in life, especially if you have dreams. Mr. Sushant had a dream of changing his physique, but it wasn’t an easy ride. Sometimes, no matter how important his goals were to him, it was a constant struggle to bring his best effort to his gym sessions (or work up the motivation to make it happen at all.) Fitness is an art that requires commitment and patience. He views this as an endless goal that he must reach each and every day.

Even on days when he struggled to bring the best version of himself to his sessions, his goal was enough of a worthwhile reason to persist on and staying consistent was his biggest virtue. Without hard and focused work (usually over many months) he came to understand that none of it is easy or automatic or none of it happens right away. There were moments when he had to pull back and square away his priorities. Sometimes what started as a normal day ended up with a trip to the emergency room. Sore body, bruised hands, gullible legs but that never stopped him. His plan was to rewrite the beginning of the fitness world, and so did he. Every workout doesn’t have to be crush, kill, destroy, but it should be challenging. He constantly was researching, self-testing, and refining every decision he ever made for his goals. And slowly his passion to spread his knowledge of fitness started to stem from its transformative powers.

Furthering his commitment and providing physical energy and an unflagging positive outlook, he is an inspiration to thousands of youths. He shares his knowledge and wisdom via socials and helps them overcome the same problems he faced. He dreams of building a community of fitness enthusiasts where people become true to their vision, put their fitness ( health) first and become respectful to others. “Keep it simple,” he says, “don’t go overboard, and remember that the result takes time BUT it will be worth your while.” He is at present encouraging his family, friends, and enthusiasts to start a journey of change, and inspiration; to stay safe, to stay original. Because he knows too well the desperation they feel. “Everyone should set goals and work toward them,” he expresses, “finding an anchor and building on it is the key.”
