Alma Artes tries to be as accurate as possible while displaying the products. However, we do not guarantee that the products displayed on our website and social media are accurate.
PRICE
The prices of the products are subject to change without any prior notice. Alma Artes holds the right to adjust and include additional cost if required.
PAYMENT
All payment made with credit or debit cards from outside Nepal will be converted into USD and processed. All payment must be cleared before the item has been shipped.
CANCELLATION
The product cannot be canceled once it has been shipped. The customer has to receive the order and contact us for return. Refer to ‘ Return section for further assistance”. If we receive a package that has not been collected or returned from the shipping carrier, we hold the right to charge the customer and deduct the cost incurred from the return.
LIABILITY OF DEFECT
If the product is damaged while transporting, it should be reported to both the carrier and Alma Artes within 48 hours after the product is received. After appreciating the situation, we will arrange for a return and ship you a new product. However, if you fail to notify us or the carrier, we will follow the regular warranty procedures thereafter.
WARRANTY
All Alma Artes watches are backed with 24 months (2 year) warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects on the movement, case and dials. Anything that is not mentioned above is not covered by the warranty. You should register your defective watch at [email protected] and mention your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the defect on the watch. Also include “warranty claim” on the subject. We will follow up with you and provide instructions on how to return the product to us.
Please note that the following points listed below are not covered by the warranty:
Change in appearance due to normal wear and tear and aging. This includes scratch in case or crystal and alteration of plating.
Damages and deterioration caused by improper use or handling such as knocks, dents, broken crystal, etc.
Modification and repairs done by someone not authorized by Alma Artes.
Damages done by fire or water and natural disasters such as earthquakes that are outside the control of Alma Artes.
If the warranty card is not provided with the watch.Warranty covers cost of repair and replacement of all the defects that Alma Artes is responsible for. Other repairs and replacement of parts are charged to the customer even during the warranty period.
TAX
The price included in our website does not cover the cost for importation duties and tax charged by your local authorities. The customer is liable to meet any additional charges applicable with import and custom clearance. Alma Artes will not be responsible for any additional charge that you may incur. In case of refusal of payment of custom and import duties by the customer, he or she will be responsible to meet the charges incurred by Alma Artes. Please contact your local custom office for further queries and importation charges.
